Introduction: Recognizing problems is one of the most effective activities in the implementation and continuation of macro projects. The health system transformation plan, like any other plan, has faced problems and issues. This study was conducted with the aim of pathology of the implementation of the health system transformation plan. Methods: During sampling by targeted judgment methods and snowballs with 15 experts and experts active in the field of policy making and implementation of health system policies and managers and medical staff working in medical centers-education affiliated to Iranian universities of medical sciences Semi-structured interviews were conducted. The interviews continued until the data reached the theoretical saturation stage. Data extracted from the text of the interviews were analyzed using theme analysis method. Results: After analyzing and coding the data, the identified damages based on the three-pronged model in the form of three main themes: structural and process damages (8 sub-themes and 24 concepts), behavioral damages (4 subthemes and 14 Concept) and environmental damage (5 sub-themes and 21 concepts) were categorized. In total, the identified injuries were categorized into 3 main themes, 16 sub-themes and 59 concepts. Conclusion: It is suggested that the relevant authorities to improve the structural, behavioral and environmental (underlying) factors to increase the effectiveness of this plan to be useful in providing health and treatment of vulnerable groups in the country.

A bunch of studies have been published in various formats of books and papers about Hafiz status and art in the field of Persian literature. Due to the large amount and the continuous process of such studies and in order to recognize their strengths and weaknesses, it is necessary for them to be reviewed especially considering the authors’ pen. The results of such reviews can be applied to address the lacks of this field. This study examines the historical process of Hafiz studies and their subjects as well. Since the beginning of the process (1919) up to 2010 about 2068 studies have been conducted. This study reviews the historical trend of Hafiz studies first in the format of papers, then checks the reasons of their ups and downs due to their quantity and quality. The stories are categorized under five historical periods and eight headings of: description of verses, critical review of books and studies about Hafiz, introduction of various Divan corrections, and the introduction of new versions, character analysis, Hafiz’s life and thoughts, Hafiz and the others, aesthetics (of Hafiz’s poetry). This study shows the rising process of the production of the studies since the beginning up to the third historical period due to the holding of two Hafiz’s memorial conferences. In the fourth period, this process quantitatively falls down but qualitatively rises till the fifth period when both quantity and quality of the papers escalate due to the introduction of new literary topics and the advance of criticisms.

Introduction: Psychological ownership plays a role in destination marketing and branding activities and has led to an increase in the attractiveness of the destination. The purpose of this article is identifying the effective factors on psychological ownership of tourists towards tourist destinations.Data and Method: A mixed method has been used in this research. In the first stage, the effective factors on the psychological ownership of tourists towards the tourist destination were identified through in-depth interviews with experts (including university professors and managers and experts in the tourism industry). The qualitative sampling method was purposive and snowballs. Interviews were conducted with 10 experts. theme analysis method was used to analyze the data. Then, a quantitative survey was conducted using a questionnaire among 384 tourists from major tourist cities in Iran (including Yazd, Tehran, Isfahan, Mashhad and Shiraz). Quantitative sampling method due to the unlimitedness of the statistical population, sampling was available. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used to investigate the validity of the model.Results: The findings showed that the effective factors on the psychological ownership of tourists include destination image, socio-cultural, environmental, human, economic, managerial, contextual, physical factor, marketing and attraction. The validity of the conceptual model was confirmed, based on the results of the quantitative part.Conclusion: In this research, effective factors on psychological ownership of tourists' toward the tourist destination have been identified. These findings will have many theoretical and practical applications for policy makers and planners in the field of tourism.

theme and thematic structure of the clause and text plays a fundamental role in producing the same SL discourse in TL. theme as the point of departure of the message plays a pivotal part not only in text interpretation but also in implications derived from the text ipso facto.Modification in theme or thematic structure from SL into TL falls the text foul of futile translation at the expense of losing some aspects of SL discourse, and hence produdng a distorted translation. It is, hereby, necessary to embody knowledge based on thematic structure of SL.

Song is a general term that refers to a variety of melodic or accompanying forms of poetry, especially Fahlaviyat, quatrains, Rubaiat, and Tasnif. Local poetry contains some types like Garayeli in Azarbaijan, Goorani in Kordestan and Kermanshah, Sharbeh in South, Sharafshahi in Gilan, Sekheshti in Qoochan and Deyhoo in Bashagard which in this paper some samples of them are presented. In this article, the themes of love songs have been studied and classified in a descriptive-analytical research method. The statistical society is also scattered books of native songs and recorded works of music of Iranian singers. The language of the native songs is simple and slang and since they are related to the work and effort of simple people, they pay less attention to images. Most of these songs are accompanied by musical instruments. The conclusions show that the songwriters bring a variety of themes, such as complaining about getting away of sweet heart, the difficulty of the path of love, the opposition of the elders in the union of two beloveds, Kissing, loyalty, describing the beauty of the beloved, seeking attention and wishing to join, seek to show the themes of "presence next to beloved" with the sub-layers of desire or its permanence and "complaining of separation and embarrassment" with the sub-layers of desire or its permanence and "complaining of separation and embarrassment" with the sub-layers of fear of it happening and praying for its elimination.

Purpose: Today, the digital gaming industry has a significant impact on the economic, cultural, and social spheres around the world. The advent of real and virtual reality games, particularly in medical science, has taken this industry out of the realm of mere entertainment and has become one of the applied industries. This study aims to optimize the combination of indigenous digital game development strategies, using a goal mathematical programming model. Compared to other common methods, the proposed approach can be a good alternative to studying and using mathematical planning in strategic management, when strategies are evaluated and selected. Design/methodology/approach: The research method of this study is typically mixed qualitative and quantitative for which, the main data were collected using library studies and theoretical framework review, in-depth and structured interviews with 12 experts and specialists in the digital games industry. A filled questionnaire was collected after coding variables. Thematic analysis (reasoning and rational analysis) was used to extract and classify the components. Also, an integration of House of Quality (HOQ), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) techniques were used to determine the variables and parameters required in the mathematical model of the research. Finally, a goal programming model was used to determine the optimal combination of the strategies. Findings: A portfolio of optimal strategies was proposed that were effective in removing barriers and challenges in the game industry, which facilitated the achievement of game development goals with desirable capabilities in implementation. The mentioned strategies were capabilities empowerment and development of game-making experts, targeting and enriching the content of homemade games, financing and facilitating investment, and increasing the level of competitiveness of game-making groups. Research limitations/implications: The limited number of expert group members and the researcher's low access to them, in addition to creating problems related to the distribution and collection of questionnaires, review and increase the computational accuracy of validity and reliability, and also calculating the compatibility rate in the pairwise comparison questionnaires were the challenges and limitations of this study. Practical implications: The digital games industry has a great potential for growth and development, and its favorable economic, cultural and social effects are undeniable. Some of the practical findings of this study are the creation of an elite network and a strong relationship between gaming enthusiasts and the university, empowerment of game developers' knowledge and game studios in the gaming ecosystem, and monitoring and support of governmental and non-governmental policy-making institutions. Originality/value: In this paper, a new approach was proposed for evaluating and optimizing strategies for developing indigenous digital games to overcome their challenges and meet the relevant objectives in compliance with their feasibility (ease) of implementation. Also, the use of mathematical modeling in evaluating and selecting optimal strategies in this industry distinguishes this study from the literature.
